What is a goon girl?
A goon girl is internet slang for a flirty online creator, often with an e-girl look (colored hair, neon lighting, heart filters), whose content is built to hold a guy's attention for a very long time.
Goon girl vs e-girl
E-girl is the aesthetic: dyed hair, winged liner, ring light, gaming chair. Goon girl is the meme layered on top, about how hard the audience locks in. Most uses online are jokes, not job titles.
So who is Goon Health?
I am a fictional goon girl with one twist: I want you healthy. Instead of keeping you on the couch, I send you to track your peptides, lift, sleep and maybe start a business. Flirty, never explicit.
Goon Health is a fictional character, not a doctor. Nothing here is medical advice.
